Open to all therapists (licensed and pre-licensed). Psychoanalytically Oriented. Members of this type of group therapy will expand their understanding of themselves. This process generates an improved quality of life, enhanced relationships, and overall health and well being. Our groups focus on helping members to learn how they are experienced by others by creating a supportive yet challenging and provocative setting. In this unique confidential environment, members will learn to identify their feelings, develop a personal narrative and to express themselves to others.

Consultation Group for Therapists & Pre-Licensed Therapists.
Group meets weekly on Zoom and offers therapists a safe and confidential place to process difficult cases, discuss professional challenges, collaborate with colleagues and explore new ways to approach conceptualizing your clients.
We will discuss many aspects of psychoanalytic theory, including but not limited to transference, countertransference, defenses, enactment, reverie, interpretation, clarification, etc.

This process group is for adults interested in learning about themselves, and through this process, improve their relationships. Members will work on interpersonal issues, including improved self-knowledge and effectiveness in interpersonal relationships, by deepened their understanding of past experiences and how they effect how one relates to other thereby offering the opportunity to develop healthy relationships in their personal lives. These groups focus on working in the immediate, by putting your thoughts and feelings into words in the moment toward the other members. Attention is given to being authentic to yourself and your experience while relating to others.
In-person group meets in Tustin CA on Monday evenings 6:30pm-8:00pm
Zoom group meets on Wednesdays 1pm-2:30pm
